Three kinds of desiccant packaging materials

Our company has three kinds of nonwovens, which have diferent kind of good properties.

1.Polyester nonwovens with Polyethylene film. It apply to dust-like or granular desiccant packaging and low-temperature sealing. It has two kinds of pattern: sesame and peanut pattern.

2.PE/PP bicomponent nonwoven fabrics, which is adapted the polyethylene as the component of the sheath, the polypropylene as the core. it keeps the strength of the nonwovens and also has the low-temperature sealing properties. Just becuase the melting point of the polyethylene is around 130 centigrade. And also has the good hand feeling properties.

3.PE/PET bicomponent nonwoven fabrics, which is adapted the same production process with PE/PP, but the core is polyester. It has high strength than polypropylene. And alos has the good properties.
